Keynotes Technologies Ltd are based in Warwick and shall be offering a range of brand new services. 

We have invested in a range of specialist equipment - our aim is to treat each property as an individual entity.

The data we collect, will be specific to each building we test.

We will offer a package that will determine the performance of the fabric of your building, that should be keeping the warmth in - and keeping the cold out.

The usual method, would be to have a DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) carry out some tests, that result in an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) being issued. The tests involved in this method, are pretty in-depth, but the issue is, your results are based on an average reading, for similar properties. They are not specific to your building.

Our tests are specific to your property - and in some cases, can be included with your EPC, to hopefully improve your rating. This may be of particular interest to landlords, wishing to rent their properties - very soon, rentals must reach a specific standard within the EPC, or they will not be allowed to make their property available for rent.

Our equipment will also be able to identify any risks to damp and mould situations - this again, especially for Landlords, falls under the recent Awaabs Law.
